I can not believe I forget to mention this yesterday! Always, always, always keep medical information handy. Keep a copy of emergency contacts in your vehicle at all times. It is also a good idea to keep a list of medications and who takes what. This way if anything were to happen it will be helpful to the emergency personnel.
